This afternoon, covered 12.8 km on the treadmill in 68 minutes: 8 minutes warm-up (1.4k), 20 minutes interval = 3.6k (steep inclines alternating with flat sections), 20 minutes fat-burn = 3.8k (moderate inclines throughout) and 20 minutes weight loss = 4.0k (gentle inclines throughout).
