Wednesday, 21st February. Fitness centre in the evening, 20 minutes on the resistance machines followed by 10 minutes on a cycling machine (at 30 = maximum resistance).
Tuesday, 20th February. Again just 20 laps of the lake in the evening. The temperature was 30 degrees, high humidity with a light breeze.
Sunday, 18th February. Just 20 laps of the lake in the evening. It’s frustrating because I really wanted to train at the gym but … too much work.
Thursday, 15th February. Just 20 laps of the lake in the evening.
Monday, 12th February. 20 mins of weights training: the various machines including 5lb dumbbells for 5 minutes … followed by 15 mins of cycling (at max resistance).
Sunday, 11th February. 20 laps of the lake. Not as much I wanted to train this weekend, but better than 0.
Thursday 8th February. Back to the fitness club, again in the evening. Longer session than Monday’s: 50 minutes: 1. Resistance machines (15 to 20 kg on each) for 20 minutes. Sunday, 4th February In the evening, I ran 20 laps of the lake. It’s more like a pond really, as 20 laps usually takes me 15 minutes. I wasn’t timing it today but I guess it was 15 minutes.
